2. Description of Imagix

Imagix is a modern digital platform designed for creators, designers, digital artists, and AI enthusiasts. We provide a curated discovery showcase, categorical organization, and prompt testing tools for AI image generation (including compatible models such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and Gemini).

Imagix offers both free showcase browsing and paid premium subscriptions that unlock full prompt texts, copying permissions, and advanced curation categories.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access personalized features (such as saving favorite prompts, liking, and managing premium subscriptions), you may create an account via Email & Password or authorized Google OAuth.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify Imagix support of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Prompt Usage & Intellectual Property

The prompt structures, formulations, curated styles, and UI components on Imagix are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Authorized Personal & Commercial Prompt Usage: As an active member, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the text prompts to generate synthetic images on third-party generative AI models for your personal, creative, or commercial visual projects.
• Prohibited Bulk Scraping & Resale: You may not scrape, mirror, extract, redistribute, re-license, or resell the Imagix prompt database, metadata, or API endpoints as a competing prompt catalog or programmatic dataset.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or crawlers to extract platform data without written consent.
• Attempting to probe, scan, breach, or bypass authentication, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with server endpoints, webhooks, or payment validation logic.
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity, or transmitting malicious code or payloads.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Digital Fulfillment

Premium subscriptions on Imagix provide digital access to copy and unlock protected prompt text.

• Authoritative Pricing: Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (₹9/month or as stated at checkout). Pricing is enforced server-side.
• Third-Party Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Cashfree). Imagix does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.
• Digital Delivery: Access is provisioned instantly upon successful payment confirmation to your Imagix account. No physical goods are delivered.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Digital subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable once access is provisioned, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Imagix and all curated prompt content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Because AI models (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, etc.) are operated by independent third parties and update dynamically, Imagix cannot guarantee identical visual results across external model versions, hardware configurations, or seed parameters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Imagix, its founders, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Imagix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, conduct unauthorized API exploitation, or engage in fraudulent transaction behavior.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
